Permaset Inks for Screen Printing

Permaset inks are manufactured in Australia by Colormaker Industries. The company was founded in 1958 and has been offering the widest range of eco-friendly inks for screen printing ever since.

Permaset is committed to caring for the environment, there are many other inks for screen printing in the Spanish market and in the world, but little by little the respect for the environment on the part of users who work with screen printing makes them interested and start using Permaset products.

All permaset inks are water-based, cleaning screens and tools is done with water. Unlike the plastisols that are still widely used in Spain but that are no longer used every time because it does not make any sense to continue using them with high-quality water-based ecological inks.

Our water-based inks do not contain toxic chemicals for the environment, plastisols contain PVC and phthalos that are very harmful to the environment and to the health of those who use it, creating numerous medical problems. A plastisol is cleaned with solvents that generally for convenience in studios or workshops they are thrown down the drain. It's sad just thinking about it!!! From our company we insist that it is necessary to take care of the planet and one more way to do it is not polluting with polluting inks such as plastisols, having at our fingertips a high quality ecological product.

The Permaset Range is made up of several product lines that we can summarize in 2 options:

Inks to apply on textiles and inks for paper, posters, plastics, polycarbonates, lexan.

For textile printing we have 3 ranges of products:

For printing on other materials such as paper:

Permaset Aqua , or also named Permaset Aqua Standard water-based ink for fabrics with a large color gamut, comes in 300ml, 1L, 4L and 20L containers

Unlike Permaset Supercover , Permaset Standard is less covering , both can be mixed together if needed .

The Permaset Supercover, is a screen printing ink for textiles with an excellent covering power, they are very opaque, despite the fact that the price of a Permaset Supercover is more expensive than a standard one, it is our best seller (the best seller, since many Screen printing professionals love to use it on dark fabrics and see how with a pass of their squeegee on their screen the ink is printed with the intensity they need.

The size of the containers can be 300 ml, 1 L, and some colors in 4 liters and 20 liters.

The Permaset Supercover has colors :

• Supercover Glow
• Supercover Metallic

Permatone, It is an ink for screen printing designed for those artists who want to get a specific color from a pantone color, if we know the pantone color, we can enter it in an excel and it will tell us the amount of each Permatone color that we need to mix to get that color With only 11 colors we can create the color we need. With which permatone can be a highly recommended option for workshops and professional artists. Whenever they repeat a job despite the fact that time has elapsed, we will be able to know how we created that color for a client.

Permatone is available in a 1 L container.

Permatone is approved by the Soil Association in the UK and recommended for use on organic fabrics.

At the level of covering power, Permatone is similar to the standard permaset.
