Charbonnel Browning bowl

The Charbonnel browning bowl is presented in the form of a very finely ground clayey paste as it was done in the past with a granite rolling pin. This formula guarantees a high-quality stable and perfectly homogeneous base for browning. Mixing the bowl twice its volume with a lukewarm solution of rabbit's tail spreads delicately on the surface to be browned.
